I can feel your frustration, but I and others I know have also dealt with Peter before and been very happy. Completely agree 5 days is a little long, but maybe there were extenuating circumstances? I'd cut him some slack myself as so far as I'm aware selling cnc parts still isn't his day job.
In OZ yes we get screwed right royally by manufacturers, but people like Peter fill a nice niche by offering local access to products that would generally be expensive and time consuming to procure for most people.
