I need install Patrol Light Control RED, GREEN, YELLOW.
I have the lamps. But I cannot find this signals on electric
inside. I know how on PUMA 250/300/400. But I don't know
what I have to do with old PUMAs. Is it possible?

Y51.0 = YELLOW
Y51.1 = GREEN
Y51.2 = RED
TO 24M for the relay coils

10HC OT-C- uses
Y51.0 = GREEN
Y51.1 = YELLOW
Y51.2 = RED
TO L+ for the relay coils

I found this. The connectors were hide.
Y51.0 = YELLOW = PTY
Y51.1 = GREEN = PTG
Y51.2 = RED = PTR
After install the relays
I can use this signals.

I reset parameter D304 = 00000111
Patrol light permanently YELLOW.
No GREEN after start PUMA.
Diagnostic Y050.0 = RED regarding electric diagram
Diagnostic Y050.3 = GREEN regarding electric diagram
Diagnostic Y050.5 = YELLOW regarding electric diagram
On screen only 00000001 (RED???)

Need help.

You need to look through the Ladder diagram specifically at the address list the D bits will be listed in this...

D304.0 = Red
D304.1 = Yellow
D304.2 = Green

According to my Electrical diagram

10HC OT-C- uses
Y51.0 = GREEN
Y51.1 = YELLOW
Y51.2 = RED
TO L+ for the relay coils

But obviously this could be different on your machine

You first stop is to check your ladder print out or the ladder on the machine.
