    Z axis leadscrew tune

    hello to all fellows resently i was moving ang cleaning my Taig 3000 and somthing wrong hapened i can tune corectly Z axis i realy litle bit crazy with this one some one please can help me with how i can tuning this and how corectly conect leadscrew to the Z axis base thanks for all you help

    I am not entirely sure what you are asking, you do not need glue. It should slip in. Perhaps have a look here: Setting Up a Taig Mill V2 for adjustment.

    1 Not a 100% sure but I don't think it matters which side the screws are on (perhaps somebody else can help here)
    These are used to adjust backlash. You will need to have the lead screw in it to adjust properly, see here: Backlash adjustment.

    2 I know on my taig it is free i.e. no "glue"

    3 See Gib adjustment. Once you have everything back together. It shows the x-axis gib at the bottom of the page, that should give you an idea of what you have to do.
