    Post help me unlock user task 2 on okuma osp 5000

    I can't use user task 2 actions like call, and , or...what should I do now, I have sent an attachment

    You might need a password to enter the higher level authorization, different level has different functions.

    it is not just "unlock". You maybe need to install it also. How it is marked on the OSP Data Management Card?
