    industrial stinger

some "AW" on another thread thinks i sell machines,, impredded yet no cigar on this one,, we are a cabinetry company that depends on first class machinery and the company behind it, it is our living

this is the camaster stinger set up with in and out feed tables, we are producing 25' + solid surface tops for Amazon distribution, we need large amounts of these tops as 2000+ are employed in the building, the machine is performing flawlessly and is one of the first they built.

Why are you cutting the holes one at a time on the jobsite, and not all at once on your larger machine at the shop?

Your labor down there must be a lot cheaper than ours, because we couldn't make any money doing it the way you are.

I'd throw a 12' sheet on our Morbidelli, and cut all the holes for the 12' section in less than 2 minutes.

we did not have the luxury of time or consistant field measure for this the entire upfit is being done in 45 days for 45000 square feet of offices admin areas, we literaly are puttin tops in with in 3 days of plumbing rough, job has some unique issues and yet we got $$$$

i purchased a 20" cnc and am waiting on another room setup to be complete to install, the 5 x 8 was to short and we had to do 30+ sheets,, snapping them with this many holes was a problem in transit and the skirt is a single recessed piece not attached to the top was, takes 10 - 12 minutes a top comes out clearn with minimal sanding. look at it any way you want yet a small shop beat out a lot of larger shops and made a good $$$ our normal ticket is 15-30.000 this one is big for us..

this is some more of what we did this week. we are not a production shop i out sourced all cab boxes (300) and looked for the fastest way to proceed this worked well

ps we are pretty busy here most large shops have gone under
