    I dont know where to ask this so i will ask it here..

    Im converting a LMS mini mill to cnc. I have Alibre CAD program. But I would like to know what are some of the easiest to use and lowest price CAM software.

    Perhaps you might consider posting your question in the "General CAM" forum? A quick search in that forum will turn up quite a few posts asking about the same question.
