2 ?'s split screen views for two different parts and x5 clipboard picture screen

1st How can I view two parts on a split screen. I've done it before a long long time ago, but can't remember how I did it.

2nd I can't seem to clipboard a picture with win 7, but I can with xp.

    I am using X5 btw.

    Thanks
    Todd
