    Scan Tech 3d scanner

    Is anyone using the ScanTech 3d scanner from Denmark? 3D laser scanner - Scantech develops effective 3D Scanners for direct mounting on CNC machines I'm looking into purchasing one of these used but can find no info or reviews on the scanners. Anyone out there? Please help.

    ScanTech 3D Scanner

    Hi,

    I've been looking into scanners as well. Haven't heard much about these folks. A video or two on YouTube.
    I am leaning toward the setup from 3D3 solutions. There are now in Canada, which is a lot closer. Not sure if ScanTech has reps here - waiting for a reply from them.
    Check out 3D3 Solutions ( White Light 3D Scanner Software and Hardware for 3D Capture - 3D3 Solutions). They use the same structured light system.
    Let me know what you do, I'd be interested in your input.
