Hey Guhl,
I don’t see any reference to a PS587 alarm. The maintenance manual says there are macro alarms in 500-599 range that are sometimes mistaken for the OT alarms but the OT alarms are usually used along with the description of the alarm. Do you have a description with the alarm?
Stevo
Stevo1 is correct this is a custom macro alarm.
you would need to find the section in your macro #3000=87 and work backwards to find the cause
*edit:* Note: The lower 500's can also be overtravel alarms the '8' in 587 signifying it would be the 8th axis

thanks, guys
problem has been solved by clearing all the memory
in fact it appeared when I increased memory
it looks like some waste got into memory after deleting files (par 901)
and, BTW, it is not only custom macro alarm, and also macro executer (yellow box on motherboard), therefore I was't able to inspect macro statements
Glad you got it firgured out Guhl.
