    mid80's okuma & howa act3

    I just bought this lathe and it looks to be a 15hp spindle motor with a 23.7kva rating on the machine tag. I do not have 3phase power and I have no idea on what size rotary converter I need. Any suggestions?

    For CNC applications it is recommended to use an RPC with an idler motor sized a minimum of twice the spindle motor.
