Hello boys and girls! New machine flew in yesterday
So a question has come up about separate power for 1000 psi TSC. There is a plug and receptacle that are sooooo close..but no cigar. Checking now but has anybody landed one of these lately?

So when you say close but no cigar - you are saying that the plug in picture two does not fit into the 'aux' socket on the left of the photo? That is where it plugs in - might be a bit tight - but thats where it plugs in. Depending how the pump is wired up - you may also need a seperate power supply to run the pump.

Thanks for the reply. Yes one of the spades is just a little wider than the female plug. :nono:
But the service boys found a pdf that they are going to send, but it (1000psi) needs a separate power supply. Had I known that (three months ago) I would have had that already done..:tired:

We have seen a few problems with the female plugs where the contacts have been pushed together so that the male plug does not fit.

Observing all safety precautions necessary use a small screwdriver to spread the contacts apart.

Thanks for the reply. I am up and running as of yesterday afternoon. There is a female plug for the high pressure coolant on the side of the machine..right next to the standard coolant female plug.
But it only controls the on and off for the high pressure pump through the control.
The power for high pressure pump is a separate "customer supplied" plug.
I think that is where the initial confusion began.
No problems now..and am going to run some parts this afternoon for a trial.
God I love these new door locks..:bs:
