you could stop wondering and start knowing if you look at the diagnostic bits I listed above.

we have a machine at my work with a similar random problem. we just leave it on all the time. try powering off the control but leave the main power switch on.
if that fixes the problem then you might have a heat or cold-related issue. it definitely sounds like a cable or bad connection on a cable connector.
backing up parameters has been detailed here on this forum many times. do a search and some reading......

then later never show up. Just every morning.

So now I am concern about the parameter and other data.
How easy to make back up?

Look for a fiber optic cable in the servoamplifier. This is a black thin cable. Is it well connected? If it is, then you probably have a bad pcb inside the nc control or the amplifier.

I have had this on the newer alpha i drives. There is a small daughter board that slides in the front of the servo amps. I pulled ours out and re seated them. No longer any problems.

Yes, I agree with fordav. You should check diagnostics first.

203 bt 7 is a one. This indicates the feedback cable has a problem or the encoder in the motor (red cap).
DGN 203 bit 7 in three axis? You must check where the feedback cable goes to. It comes from the motor to the amplifier? or it comes from the motor to the CNC control? if DGN 203 bit 7 is in the three axis and the feedback cable goes inside the amplifier then you have a problem with your pcb in the amplifier.
As for alarm 926, it may happen if you disconnect a cable during power on.

The fact you are getting FSSB number of amps is small error and a serial data error indicates there is a serious problem with one of the axis modules.

This is assuming the errors are related.

Also the Diagnostic bits should be axis specific this will indicate the servo amplifier module that is faulty.

The fssb error normally occurs :-
    1. if the fiber optic cable is faulty or
    2. the drive has failed to power on (you will be able to check this by seeing if the drive is lit up)
    3. Servo amp pcb fault

    The 368 alarm is
    1. a communications with the encoder fault
    2. Servo amp pcb fault
