Strengthening technique of Thin Aluminum extruded Profile

    Dear All,
As the 8020 T-slot extruded aluminum Profiles are not available in my country so thinking of using windows/doors Aluminum extrusions to make my third CNC Machine...
I need ideas how to improve the strength of such Aluminum profiles.

1- can we press fit the wood in it?
    2- Filling with concrete?

Any idea is highly appreciated... Please also include the drawback of idea...

Concrete and aluminum don't play well together. There are corrosion issues. You can work around them but it looks like it would be a pain to do so.

If you have access to epoxy you could do an epoxy granite fill though. CNCCookbook: Epoxy Granite Fill

I guess there are a few methods:
    - Ask someone to buy it locally and ship the T slot beams to you. Perhaps this is easier than you think..
    - Used industrial square tubing with 5 - 6 mm walls instead
    - build up beams using pieces epoxied together
    - Start with wood, and glue Al plate to the outside walls
