    techno hd series 3phase

I have a techno cnc router hd series 3 phase need to run on single phase power.
Is there any way to change the machine to 1 phase .
I guess if I change the vfd ?
    Is it possible to do.

    M.Abid,
The best solution is to contact American Rotary and ask for a 15 amp phase converter for a CNC.
Here is the link: Phase Converters | Power Transformers | Power Accessories | American Rotary
Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Yes, but we recommend American Rotary to supply an appropriate one for our CNC machines.

    M. Abid,
Email Ken McBride at [email protected] here at Techno to purchase the appropriate inverter for your machine. The inverter has to be programmed and this can present quite a bit of difficulty if done out in the field by a customer.

Today I power on my techno hd series cnc router for the first time every thing is ok but I forget to remove the 2 metal brakets which is bolted on the gantry and the body.
I start the machine and press y+ to move in y direction but the gantry dosent move and vibrate beasuce its fixed.
Now the question is that is their is any damage to the stepper motor or the gear? I press the y+ button for 1 or max 2 seconds then stop when ia saw that its not moving.

Hello every one thanks for the last reply.

Now need to know the rails carriages.
Iam not using the dust collector and when I cut MDF lots of dust on the rails build up. So question is that can the rails carraiges jammed beacuse of the dust? I own a techno hd cnc router.
