I'm currently running a quick turn 20 H-P with t-plus control. The problem that I'm having is I am running a program that has run many times before, but for some reason as the rough boring cycle is running, the machine intermittently goes into e-stop in the middle of the cycle. Once, the tool had not even engaged in a cut yet. I've checked alarm history in the diagnosis page and all it says is e-stop with the type being "SERVO". Can anyone help?

I forgot to mention that the rough boring cycle is the only cycle that the pproblem is occurring in...

Does the regular e-stop mushroom pushbutton give the exact same alarm (E-Stop, Servo)? If so,

-> While it seems you have a servo alarm, hust a little detail you should check, get a list of all the e-stop of your machine and check if all are correctly closed when not engaged. Sometimes, e-stops are additionnal security for axis overtravel or other types of securities and not just the normal mushroom pushbuttons.

Else:
Probably a Spindle Overload or perhaps the penetration axis gets an overload? You could probably bypass this issue but I strongly recommend you do not, so I won't bother to tell you how to that'd just make your machine dangerous. Take a look at the lubrification of your machine as well as your overload parameters instead.

Check your servo amps. The one that is not flashing E7 is the one throwing
the alarm. What does the display on that one show?
