    Output Window

I'm currently using ESPRIT 2008, and I was wondering what the output window is used for. If you click View, Output Window, a white box appears at the bottom of the screen. I have clicked in the window and a curser pops up but when I start to type it goes to the Command box. Any help would be great!

The fact that it's an "Output" window, it would probably not allow any "Input" such as typing.

If you have a part programmed, view the Output window and run Simulation. You may see some messages there.

It's generally used for VB macro editing and debugging, and AFAIK, it's not used for day to day programming.
