    CNC mill inside automation

We want to make this possible.

The start set will consist of the regular gripper for feeding. A air blaster/ cleaner and the gripper to rotate the work piece.

Do you think there is a need for it ?

    Thanks for your comments

No offense, but I find it a bit comical to use a CNC machine to flip a switch... Wouldn't a digital I/O point on a breakout board make a lot more sense?

(As a side comment, I don't want brake calipers made out of stacked plates with no fluid paths [on my Q7] in them either...)

The video is entertaining, the concept so-so, but I wouldn't start looking for a new investment banker anytime soon...

    Hi mcphill,

Oh yea, the i/o point on the breakout would be much better and there is much more to improve for a reliable full automation. It was only to show one possible way to solve the clamping and how a easy start could be.
The fluid paths are missing (plus some other "minor" details) on the brake calibers , we could show much more detailed but it should just show the base idea where some could start automation .

I don´t believe you would need a new investment banker for the start set .

    Regards from Denmark
