    TSC Precharge Failure alarm 2000VF3

    I get this alarm when activating the TSC. If I hit reset the aux coolant button a few times I can get it to activate. The pump works fine and the coolant flows out the spindle. Filters are all clean. Is there a way I can increase the delay before the alarm goes off?

    That alarm is caused by your TRP switches not being adjusted correctly

    It can also be caused by precharge pressure not being set correctly, or the valve that activates the precharge could be not functioning properly, or the shuttle valve on the TRP could be sticking.
    When the machine performs a tool change is there a knocking noise before the tool is unclamped?
