    I have a CAD model for one if you want to make your own.

    I eneded up using a gear puller from a local hardware store, cost was 12 bucks.

    The pilot tool can be had from the factory or CNCpros.com.

    That type of puller is a standard automotive tool, available at any auto parts store! Commonly used to remove steering wheels!
