    Hope you like drilling

    Material: 6061 aluminum, .5" thick.
    Dimensions: all in inch.
    Precission: professional CNC recently calibrated
    Supplies: I only supply money you come up with EVERYTHING else.

    Some of the drill bits required: (hope I got them right 'cause I have to tap them)
    .147 diameter - No 26
    .257 diameter - F
    .201 diameter - No 7

    Details on each part:
    Part A (zbk), quantity 1:
    • all are through holes

    Part B (zbt), quantity 1:
    • .75" hole is blind, .4" deep to full diameter

    • .201" holes are blind, 1" deep to full diameter

    Part C (zrm), quantity 1:
    • .2" holes are through holes (slightly offset on x axis)

    • .3125" and .257" holes are blind, .4" deep to full diamter

    Part D (ztp), quantity 1:
    • .201" holes are blind, 1" deep to full diameter

    • .75" hole and .2" holes are through


    Let me know if I forgot some dimesions.
    Price breakdown per part would be interesting.
