Unhappy FNC-60 with OM-b NEED Parameters and Diagnostic settings

    Hello all,

We have a 1990 Makino that suffers from memory loss after the operator wiped it clean.
I have some of the original parameters, BUT not the diagnostic parameters.

When you call up a tool change (M6) the machine successfully completes the exchange but always brings up a 099 P/S alarm at the end of the O9001 program (tool change program).

I've been on the phone with Makino and Fanuc for 2 days and still no resolve.

    ANY ideas ....Suggestions......HELP ?

would it be possible for you to email me the parameters of the machine so i could try to get my machine running again, i lost all the parameters due to an electricity issue while changing the battery.

We have installed a machine Lablonde makino with a fanuc system of B-61395-E /01 .

We have the problem of basic paremetres removed.

    Below are the machine details

    Hi
Did you get any solution for the above problem.
I am also facing same problem. PS 099 pops up as soon as M6 is about to finsh.
