You'll need to include some more info to get a good answer.
    Material?
    Machine?
    Speed & feed?
    Depth of cut?
    Type of cutter?

    Missed out the cutter size...

What are your "Tolerance" settings in the operation
OFF - will give point to point code & give a faceted appearance to a curved surface
1:1 ( or one of the others ) - should give out a lot less code, a lot more arcs, & eliminate the faceted look

the smaller the numbers the more accurate the path.....the less arcs, more point to point moves in the NC code, ... so you try find the happy number, to suit the part purpose, start around .0010"
