    More info please

What material? 'Aluminum' is not quite sufficient. Is T6 OK?
    What are the tolerances?

Can the piece be made from .25 square stock? It would be a lot cheaper that way. Even .25 wide and ~.20 deep -- face off one side of the square -- would bring the complexity and price down a lot.

How deep is the hole in the bottom?
Am I correct to assume that the point is two flats, parallel to the two sides?
