While I was looking in google I had found that site and the belt I think I need:

A 6R19M42506 6.35mm Wide By 425mm Long, Flat belt

But I'm from Europe, Lithuania. I have a Mastercard and for some reason it will not work in their e-store cart system. I also have Paypal.

The SPI replied that they can charge my credit card manually but that adds +10$ for this and that is more then the belt actually costs. And I don't even know if it will work for me. They can't quote shipping until :

"SDP-SI does not quote freight charges. Freight is determined by the listed rates of the carrier you choose to ship with. Size, weight, location, duties, taxes and customs can affect the price which cannot be known until order is placed, packaged and measured."

Also what does this mean they said about shipping?
"Incoterms - FOB NHP New York"

My pulley diameter is 4.5 and the belt has diameter specified as Min.pulley Dia. 6 so perhaps it will not bend at that small diameter? I need that core material would by like Fiberglass reinforcement.

They do not have 6mm or 6.5mm or 6.32mm or 6.35mm belts at all.
All I found was 5mm then there is 10 and more wide belts.

What if i would use timing belt (neoprene) reversed with the teeth outside would it work?
I also have some printer timing belt that would work if reversed very soft and good traction, but length does not match. It is yellow translucent perhaps you know the type? The teeth go at a slight angle too.
