    Is my Servo amplifier dead?

When I power on machine, I get alarm
434 SERVO ALARM : Z AXIS DETECT ERR
    ...sometimes combined with
403 SERVO ALARM : (VRDY OFF)

And I can not start machine.
This used to happen in past, but I was able to loose this alarm by turning off an on machine, but now it can not be done.

    Machine:
    KIA KV25 VMC
    Fanuc 0M-C

    Z axis Servo motor:
    A06B-0514-B105
    AC - 5S / 3000

    Z axis Servo amplifier:
    A06B-6058-H025
    S Series Drive (single axis)

Immediately after I switch on the main power on the machine,
    red LED "LV" goes on.
After powering on of the CNC, I can see
    DGN 0722#6=1 (0100 0000)

That should say "low voltage" ?

    Input voltage (from external transformer) is OK - 3 x 245 V.

I checked some pins on amplifier board that are called B1, B2 and B3.
There is voltage only between B1 and B3. Is that OK?

What is procedure in this situation, that to check...
or just to get new amplifier?
    Sorry for bad english

is the servo on the z-axis same as the servos for the x and y?
if it is the same try swat the servo of the z axis with servo from x or y axis.

if the same servo alarms then you definitely have a problem with the servo if the alarm stays on the z axis then check the cables and the motor.

No, the Z drive is single axis
    and for X / Y is one together (A06B-6058-H229).

I am now pretty sure that the problem is in the servo amplifier itself.

Input voltage to the drive is OK.

On the top of amplifier, there are three pins B1, B2, B3 and there is voltage between B1 and B3... B2 nothing.

But it is the same with the left (X and Y) amplifier.

On the Z amplifier, there IS NO voltage at pins +5, +15 ...
On the X/Y amp. there IS voltage at these pins...

So, is there any fuse or anything that could be replaced, or just to put new servo amplifier?

    Any answer will be appreciated.
