That is just a free 3d model head I found on line I think on turbo squid it's a 3ds file . And then import into vectric cut 3d for the tool path, and mach3 for the cut . two files roughing w/ 1/2" end mill and finishing w/ 1/2" bull nose.

Back when I first built my machine 2004-5 someone had some free software that could do 3D faces, I thought I saved the software but cant find it on my machine, might have got lost on a re format. Would like to do a 1/2 size human head out of blue foam
