Chiron X Axis Torque Alarm 409

Hi everyone, I have a Chiron FZ08 that is showing an X axis torque alarm (409). The axis feels very free when moved by hand but under power the axis alarms after only a few mm. The Fanuc drive is a dual axis unit and the Y axis functions perfectly. Does anyone have any ideas... please?

Does the alarm screen tell you to check reference points x,y,z? If so, reference all axes and mdi M398. That might clear it. Good luck!
