Angry Problem with Fanuc 11M PC500:Watch dog alarm

    hi everyone..
    I am machine-tech person...
    I got a problem with Fanuc 11M...
Firstly it was stuck on boot with Bubble memory initialize:Error
    I initialized the bubble memory....
    It says bubble memory initialize:End
than i have to reenter the parameters...
i entered the No of axis
option parameter 1 to 32 in hexadecimal
everything is okay upto that point...
but when machine boots, it boots okay and then it should show the main screen..
But everything halts and screen shows PC500: Watch Dog Alarm. Motherboard shows E.
    1. Problem can be wrong option parameters entered...
but we have a copy of Parameters and i tried to re enter the parameters 3-4 times....
but same alarm comes again and again...
    2. Problem can be with motherboard or BMU(Bubble memory Board)
I sent it for repair to 2 local Fanuc card repair specialist
after checking they say everything is fine...
I don't have spare BMU to test...
What should I do now. Please help.

perhaps try entering 0 for all option parameters (i.e. the option is not enabled)
the theory is the machine may be checking something that has been turned on by the parameters. if you turn all of that off it may not have an alarm. then you can narrow down which parameter is wrong by entering 0 for just one of them. reboot, if still alarm enter parameters as before but 0 for the next one. if you still get the alarm with all options off then your problem is hardware related. maybe

Watchdog error usually means something with the firmware either main processor or memory, most likely M.B..
