We are the Tamworth Mens Shed we have a Asian 6040 CNC Router which came a blue box 3 axis controller which we would like to replace with a 4 axis
we are familiar with CNC Zone interface and would like to continue using it. Can any one recommend a controller box which dose everything rather than a box of component
which need assembling Also we use the Easel PRO Des gin Software which we find easy for our various members

Hi Dave,

Cheers from the Bayside NSW Men's Shed. We too are running a CNC 6040 router, with CamBam software and Mach3. We have not fitted a 4th axis, so I'm not much help there, but wanted to give you a shout as it looks like we do a lot of similar stuff with our CNC 6040. I'm making clocks just now.

Hi Dave - Have a look at the Nighthawk by CNC3D. Oz company good all in the one box controller. Currently 4 axis in the next couple of weeks it will be 6 axis... Peter
