Hello all. I made my first cnc Milling machine/router out of steel. The work table is around 350 KG heavy and the walking bridge with the otehr two axis about 150 KG heavy.
The spindles are moving from hand with no problems. Going very easy.
I am 100% sure that the machine could work in steel and mill it easy.
The only problems i have are the drivers and motors... I am not sure what to put on it, what would be enough? And from what side to buy it? I am new to this so I am not sure where to get em and if they are tested by anyone of you here on this forum.
I don't really think chinese motors would fit me, I would like some Japanese or german motors and drivers or if you know some good chines quality.
Thank you and hope you can help me
The picture you see is the machine, i just uploaded it. The motors you see are some very low 3 Nm motors i never tryed. The milling head is Kress and it will be changed for a better one.
One more question: Would the machine jump over stepps, and miss some? With failers or something?
