I always call my cutting tool supplier when I have a problem like that they have a huge amount of info on different feeds and speeds to run for any material .
    Good luck

Read the packages of plates. When you get a minimum speed and feed will start to have results. Different manufacturers give different valuable features of cutting tools and the rise to maximum, reduces tool life.

when we are doing inco 710 I think it is we use G50 constant surface speed. I think the speed tops out around 1000rpm. works great after you bump the speed up. we take around 50 cut per side. What type cutter are you using?

I would better try carbide tools, which should be really sharp without or with TIN coating and much lubrication. From some tool producers there are special tools for aluminium. If you use those with low cutting speeds, they should make a good surface.
