My Longevity 80i plasma has been sitting on my table at work for months collecting dust, so I decided to build a cart for it and get it back in action. Also, I'm getting tired of having to use a grinder with a cut-off wheel to chop up the skeletons from the plasma table.

Here's the top and front/bottom after bending with our shiny new (2 month old) 14' CNC press brake (the brake was the shop's "Christmas present" this year):

All that's left to do is get a few air hose fittings to get the hose reel connected. Also, I think I might try to find a red or black hold-down strap to replace the yellow one.
