    Question Mazatrol Fusion 640M, Alarm 249

    When trying to probe, even in manual surface measurement, getting alarm
    249....impos.meas.(touch sensor malf.)
    Can see the skip signal on display screen as well as PLC. Upon touching part the axis will stop and only travel in opposite direction from that which triggered the signal so all is well with the probe. Need a bit more description
    of alarm 249. This alarm does not reside in the PLC.
