I need ARTCAM EXPRESS 2011 post-processor configuration file for my Holzher promaster 7123k machine.Its working with CAMPUS 'HOPS' software and sinumerik 810D controls, any help........:drowning:

Have you tried the Holz-Her -Master TC post processor in the post p list?
if this one doesn't work then
Contact your reseller, they are the one's that need to take care of it for you

sounds like a fair price to have a custom postp written & tested for your machine.

These are editable post so you can also customize an existing one to your requirements yourself.

firstly most post are created or updated by the machine manufacturer.
Have you contacted your machine manufacturer to see if they had an updated post already?

Yes we can create a post for you, but as I charge more than Delcam I would recommend you go back to them.

I worked on Holz-Her Promaster S machine, very good machine. And I wrote ArtCAM postprocessor for HolzHer machine by myself. We made 3D milling and carving with it.

Gentleman, I've same holzher m/c 7123 running since last 5 years without any problem but I'm having following issue now & can't seems to be finding root cause or solution & really need some suggestion. below is a small description of what's issue.

when I'm running same programme, somehow I'm getting variation on drilling dimensions ( I'm using only various drills from drilling head on this machine, no routing tools required for my parts) . so let's say I made a part with drilling dimensions of 50 mm on each X & Y direction, I check first part & it's o.k. but when I run production, some how these dimension varies by 2 or 3 mm & it's not consistent variation. some time it happened after 10 parts some time after 50 parts. I've change new programme & same this is happening. so I'm not sure why this variation/ I've change my vaccum pods which seems to be holding parts good. my origin pins has no movement so chances are variation because of pin are nil. do you guys think there is an issue with servo motor ir ....? any suggestion are appreciated.
