Can anyone mill my wood for guitar body? Les Paul and maybe some other standard designs?

The question is, why copy if you can be original? it is easy to honor the tradition established by a well known designer, and maintain originality while doing it. creating a copy from a photograph, tweaking it and giving it your own twist is not that hard.
