"Alarm - Bad Number" and commented code

So I am trying out SolidCAM.

The G-Code generated from SolidCAM looks alright to me yet when I load it into my HAAS-VM3 (Fanuc) it gives me an "Alarm - Bad Number" and a number of commented fields which are not commented in the NC file but turns out commented within the controller. The lines that are commented are therefore skipped upon the execution of this particular program.

    Any ideas?

Well first off I would put your G54 and G90 on a separate line, as well as your spindle start up. If that's really what the code looks like, it's probably something wrong with your I or J value. If you have cutter comp on this might affect it. I'm not sure if you're using millimeters or not in your values, but you have a .375 EM trying to cut a .304ish hole?
