Have a problem when i go into press list programs button control crashes it seems to be locked on network card ? i think. has any one come across this problem.

Do you have a serial number for your machine & software version?
Before this problem happen, did you tried to load a file with a long file name?

It is a short file name although it is in a 3 level folder, IE folder within a folder within a folder which makes it a long file path to locate within the network, it isn't trying to run from the network card just load into memory from the network. do you need the serial number and software version. if so i will get in touch with my friend in Aberdeen (who is having the problem)

You must limit the path name including file name to 32 characters or less, and dont use any special simbols like #$@!. Once this software crash occurs the only way to recover is to have the dealer reload the software on the machine.
Can you post the complete path name + file name?

the file path is Hass/production/db2003000/o00001.txt

That is 26 characters, take out at least 4 and try again.
