    Reduction drive for the X2

I want an X2 that can tap 1/2-13. Would also like to machine SS, and do high speed of 7k or more. Looking at the way the belt drive motor mount is made, it appears a step pulley off to the side could provide many different gear reduction options.

    Has anyone done this?

I got his CD when it first came out. Thinking dedicated set up, not one I have to set up and tear down.
