Mach3 External Estop Request Wont Go Away No Matter What

I've almost got my first cnc router up and going. then all of a sudden one day Mach3 started to say "external E-stop requested" even when i take button off the breakout board. i have checked everything i have checked and unchecked the ActiveLow setting with no effect at all. also i have tried just to uncheck the estop button in inputs but it wont stay off. i have even uninstalled and then reinstalled but it still comes up. even if i hit the reset the warning goes away for a second and then comes back. it was working for a few weeks when i was doing testing but now i cant move anything.

Please Help i really want to get this up and running.

so i messed around with it a little more today and what i have found is my y axis works totally fine but when i try to move my x to the right the z moves and then the estop comes up. when i move the x to the left the right motor works but the estop still comes up.

Try to add debounce in general config or add a capacitor across the button.

I have never had any problems with my setup, because I have my E-stops and limits wired in series at 24V driving relays. It is fully immune to this kind of problems. Maybe you should try to make a change in your schematic.

    Exclamation

Use optical isolator (optocupler) to inputs, and no more problem.

    Hazard is come in GND.

Look for grounding earthing and bonding problems, do a search here.
