    What do I need?

    To-day I bought some perske motors,300hz,380v.What electronics do I need?
    I got them from a used Homag edgebander machine and neglected to get the electronic control box.
    Will a Vfd drive work? .... joe

    How many wires come out of the motor.
    Picture of nameplate and terminals would help.
    You need to know if it is a BLDC or plain 3 phase motor.
    Super X3. 3600rpm. Sheridan 6"x24" Lathe + more. Three ways to fix things: The right way, the other way, and maybe your way, which is possibly a faster wrong way.
