Trying to get a proLIGHT 2000 up and running

    Hello,

I am trying to get a proLIGHT 2000 up and running. I am setting it up at work.
The machine is from 1996 I believe and was used for 7 years and stored for 7ish years.
I have the users guide and controller program. I will be running it on a Win98 PC that will let me exit Win to DOS, I plan to try and fire it up soon.
Are there any words of advice or warnings for things to watch out for?
I can’t find a serial number on the machine, but the spindle motor was made July of 96 if I read the date code right (9631) It is a 7200 rpm DC motor so I am guessing this machine has the 5400 RPM spindle (1:0.75) reduction?
Any info you can offer would be welcomed.
    Thanks.
    Rob.
