    M-Code

Does anyone know where I can get an M cod chart for a Yaskawa/Yasnac controller. Or, does anyone happen to know the M Code for parts catcher in and out?

M codes are usually specific to a certain machine, not a control, as they are written by the Machine builder.

That place has got standard G & M Codes with (in brackets) some particular to your machine.

As the guy says, it's handy to have this printed on card and laminated so it's a handy reference.

Good luck & hope this helps

Try M63 and M64. That's what our Kia with Yasnac uses.

    M36 Parts Catcher On.
    M37 Parts Catcher Off.

According to the sheet I have, as the chap previously said... it's specific to the machine I guess.

There are many M-Codes that are common such as coolant on M08 or program stop M00. But there are as many that are also specific to the machine builder. The best thing to do is to check with the MB they will have the info.
I have many machines that run FANUC howerver my Mori's have some codes that are difrent that my Makinos and the Makinos have some that are difrent that the Kitamuras. Some Mcode have been asigned by us as we have added some fetures ourselves
