Can someone have a look at this and tell me if there is an easy way of removing a seam so there is less geometry.

Originally I was trying to move a surface but Rhino said could not do it.

Any assistance would be great.

Command = ExtractSrf

Select the 2 surfaces and delete them.

Command = Cap

MergeAllFaces

Tried it both ways you suggested and worked. I actually found I had an error I introduced in the model which also cleared that up as well.
