We have an old Hyundai HiT-8G lathe running a Sinumerik 805/HiTrol 805 and I'm trying to get an M19 command to work. Right now the M19 command is the very first thing in the program and the program cycles through just fine. The problem is, if any spindle commands come before the M19 (M3, M4, M5), then when the spindle positions with the M19, all other axis motion stops. The lathe just sits there. Nothing happening but the cycle light is on.
We'd like to have the program cycle itself through repeatedly until a set number of cycles (parts) have been made. With the way it's running now, that doesn't work. The operator has to press the NC Start button for every cycle.
I could send the program to anyone that thinks they can help.

The first time through, everything works just fine. If block skip is on and the programs runs through a second time, it gets stuck on line 20 (G01 G94 Z-.52 F50.0 ). The Z might move .016 and then it just sits there. I have no idea what it's waiting for.

I am not sure, but try have G94 alone in a separate block.

You should change feed/revolution to feed/minute. It should be in the range of G90-99
