Hardinge CNC Lathe (Anyone recognize the model)

I just picked up this project Hardinge lathe. I can't put my finger on which model it is. I have never seen a turret or what looks to be a pnuematic chuck on one before. Anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks in advance!

I am 99.99% sure those are add-ons. Not from Hardinge.

So you are suggesting that the turret is not from Hardinge but an aftermarket add on?
I don't have the machine home yet so I can't examine that chuck and pneumatic closer if thats what it is, yet.
    Thanks

The turret itself looks like Hardinge. The mechanicals to actuate the turret do not.
