I'd like to make it larger model, as the dimensions of my cnc. How to divide the model into two parts, the X axis? I tried the command slice relief but this command is divided into relief in Z axis.

Make the model to the finish size you want then use the panel toolpath tool to break it up to fit your cnc

yes your right 2008 does not have that feature.
in that case you do what we use to do prior to the panel toolpath tool, draw a number of connecting vector rectangles and toolpath each rectangle separately.
don't forget you will need to adjust your origin for each rectangle
