I'd like to make it larger model, as the dimensions of my cnc. How to divide the model into two parts, the X axis? I tried the command slice relief but this command is divided into relief in Z axis.

Make the model to the finish size you want then use the panel toolpath tool to break it up to fit your cnc

In artcam2008 I have no command panel toolpath tool.
yes your right 2008 does not have that feature. In artcam2008 I have no command panel toolpath tool.
in that case you do what we use to do prior to the panel toolpath tool, draw a number of connecting vector rectangles and toolpath each rectangle separately.
don't forget you will need to adjust your origin for each rectangle
