Are the deeper cut sections nearer the end of the laser where the beam exits?
If so I would suggest mirror alignment......the beam is weaker the further it is from the laser tube.

Hello
nothing changes. We changed blocks for high voltage interfaces changed the board changed the wheels for movement along the axis "Y". The result is the same. Tomorrow I will change and the lamp. If anyone has other ideas and please help.
thank you
I changed the laser tube and all is well.
Thanks
Please pay attention to the laser power supply. I have noticed problems like this when there was a power supply with low voltage output, running hot, .. just not a match to the laser tube.
You should also look at these suggestions:
*Use a power line conditioner .. Similar to TrippLite model LC1200
*Ensure a proper ground from the laser machine frame to a "real" building frame
*Do not run any "odd" equipment with motors while operating the laser (blender, saw, router)
