Cincinnati VC10-1000 with Acramatic 900 Control

Please Help! I have a Cincinnati VC10-1000 with an Acramatic 900 Control which, due to transportation, lost all the memory. I do not have any manuals but I do have a wiring diagram. It has a set of tapes and a working (i guess) tape reader.

I called the guy who sold this machine to us and he told me to load the exec tapes. When I ask him how he just couldnt tell me because he didnt knew. I am very familiar with Fanuc controllers but this one I haven seen and I just couldn´t find any information on how to load them.

Can Anyone help me? Is this a complicated procedure?

    Should have 5 tapes:
    Exec 1
    Exec 2
    Patch tape
    MTB/MSC tape
    Parameter tape
Load exec 1, press STP, RST, IPL, RUN switches on the PRC & MMU
When 'Completed' shows on screen, rewind and load exec 2.
Press 'Run' on the PRC be, reader should start
When completed do the same with the patch tape.

When complete, press STP, RST, RUN. System should initialize.
Load the MSC tape in the reader, set the 900 for tape mode.
Set PRC sw2 on, STP, RST, INT.
Maintenance screen appears. Press MTB tape button, tape should load.
Do the same for tape 5, MAP tape
Press STP, RST, RUN. System should be loaded.

ThePainter> I followed the procedure and everything that was supposed to happen happened, however instead of "Completed" in the screen it shows "Load Error 1".

Do you have any idea about what I am doing wrong? Is this a common error?

The tape might not be tight enough under the read head.
Maybe try putting some drag on the supply reel with a finger??
