You need a mill option outside the Seig line. I have a HF 12 speed.
The polls only allow you to have 6 options......

I have a 7"x10" hf mini-lathe and a hf micro mill-drill.
i plan to cnc the mill this winter and the lathe next summer.
i also have a cnc router table 13"x36" ready for electronics and a 6"x12" cnc pcb/engraver that is in the works.
I have 2 x1's both cnc'd one for milling stuff and t'other for development (bigger table
motor etc) and just got an x3 last month
also have a home built 200x300 router/engraver and a 1m x 1/2m router half started
also a colchester bantam lathe
To bad you don't have Taig, Sherline, and MaxNC in there as well.
I must still be alive, learned something today.Originally Posted by wisp

I have a couple of 25 year old Jet machines: 12x36 lathe and their Bench knee mill. About equivalent in original quality to the current HF models the same size.

taig with 4th axis le model as well as a smithy 3 in 1 manual would like bigger cnc but cannot afford $ 10000.00 plus to own one
industrial hobbies and sherline
Correction to my post above: the lathe is a 10x24. The 12x36 didn't make the last move.
