Duraturn 2550 is not accepting my tool offset change!

I'm drilling then boring a taper with a Sandvik 880 drill. I have the drill set as tool 9 so the drill cycle calls up T0909. At the end of the cycle I use T0900 to cancel the offset then call up T0919 which has my drill offset touched off like a boring bar. The screen shows that T0919 is active but it moves to position as if the T0909 is still active. I've changed the offset of T0919 from X-14.8977 to X-10 and it went to the same place. Is this a parameter I need to change? I can't find the book and google hasn't helped me yet.

if the drill is set to the center for drilling and the outer edge for boring and the geometry offsets are set correctly then what you did should work. there are no parameters that need to be changed.
    I normally don't use 2 offsets.
    he's a simple example.
if the drill is 2" and you want to bore a taper from 2" to 2.1" just do it like this....

    G0 X0 Z0.5
    G1 Z-5.0 F.005
    G0 Z0.5
    X0.1
    G1 Z0 F0.01
    X0 Z-5.0
    G0 Z0.5

or use a G71/G70 cycle. but treat X0 as whatever size your drill is and move out in X to your finished size minus the drill diameter.

ultimately the operation is only for roughing. you must bore it using a boring bar if you want a good finish and a flat bottom at depth because the Sandvik 880 drills have the center insert extending more than the outer insert by about 0.040" on average.
So a boring operation is still needed.
